4 Weeks_7 Minutes A Day
The intention of this group is to rally around each other, create accountability and camaraderie. I'm ready to try and hack my fitness. I can do 7 minutes a day. I can do just about anything for 7 minutes. What I can't do is actually hold myself accountable so that's where friends come into play. I'm using a free 7 minute exercise app called 7 Minutes (Wahoo).
Measuring Success:
- Full 28 Days = You're a Super Hero!
- 25 Days = Rock Star!
- 20 Days = Champion!
- 10 Days = Fabu!
You can join the group at any time in the 4 weeks. Since the success ranking is for the full 28 days you'll have to figure out your metrics for success that work for you. You'll still be part of the accountability of being in a group. You've still got to track it!
