Sandwich Generation losing the battle with weight loss.

This group consists of those of us who have younger children at home we are taking care of, along with parents who also need care. Between taking care of our children and our parents, working, running a household, and maintaining a relationship with our spouse, there just never seems to be enough time for us to take care of us. In this group we are looking for support in putting ourselves first.
