Ayurveda beginner Group
hi all!
I have tried many diets and eating plans, nothing has worked for me. I recently have been reading books on Ayurveda and they really hit a deep note within me. I am now approaching this lifestyle and am feeling very positive. I would love to learn from others and share what I have learned.
I am a Kappha dominant dosha, which finally explains my life long battle with my weight, I finally now am learning to live in peace and harmony with my body as opposed to acting like it's my enemy.
