GMOM Biggest Loser Contest

Ready to lose some weight, but needing an extra push? After trying to lose weight on my own I have been having trouble keeping myself on track, and although I have motivation to be healthier (and be summer ready) I am still not feeling pushed enough to do this own my own. I thought that a support group for losing weigh was just what I needed, but lets take it one step further and turn it in to a friendly competition!! I am setting up this group for all of us to be able to post goals (you do not need to post your weight or the number of pounds you would like to lose, unless you want to), post tips and share milestones in your progress. Even though this is a competition, we are all here to support each other.

The contest will run for 50 days, starting the Monday after the sale, March 23th, and end on the Monday before the Appreciation Banquet, May 11th. The winner will be announced at the banquet.
There will be a $5 entry fee, this money will be the grand prize.
The winner will be based on highest percent of weight lost.
There will be 4 weigh ins to track progress, 3/30, 4/13, 4/27 and 5/11. For weigh in you will need to email me your weight. (l.lamping@yahoo.com) I promise no one other then me will see your weight, it is just to track progress/winner.
