Biggest Loser Challenge
Welcome to the Biggest Loser Challenge!
I hope everyone can familiarize themselves with my fitness pal, its a great way to keep track of your calorie intake, workouts, and weight loss! And also to stay connected with the group and everyone else's progress.
So, before we get started here are the details & rules...
- There will be two pots! One for weight loss and one for inches lost! Therefore, you have two chances to win the biggest loser challenge! - pots will be $15 each a person with a total of $30 to join the challenge. (I think $30 is a good amount, it will defiantly push everyone to shred those pounds!)
- There is a chance that you may win both pots! There may also be a chance where their is a tie for the winning spot, in this case the pot will spilt in half!
- Everyone must be available for the First & Last weigh in. To keep things fair we will meet at the same time, same place, using the same scale. (Meet up yet to be determined)
- During start & final weigh in's everyone will weigh themselves and measure their waists, hips, and upper arm portion.
- Also during start & final weigh in's I will calculate everyone's Body fat percentage; the winner for the weight loss portion is determined by the percentage of body fat lost. The inches lost will be determined by simply the inches they lost!
- I will be keeping track of everyone's start & final weigh in's via my tablet; this site is just for you to update your progress for your personal gain & to encourage you to keep up the good work!
Dates & Deadlines...
I understand that people have busy lives, thus why I am only going to set up 2 dates for start weigh in and final weigh in.
For now, the tentative schedule will be...
Start: Sunday, March 1st 2015 4pm
Ends: Sunday, May 31st 2015 4pm
