30 pounds by July

This is for those of us hoping to lose at least 30 pounds by July 1st. That breaks down to an average of 1.43 pounds of weight loss per week. Remember that this may not be a realistic goal for those who do not have a lot left to lose. The closer you are to your goal the more time it usually takes for it to come off. Today is 1/22 and that leaves us with 21 full weeks. You do not need to be eating a certain meal plan or doing any special exercise program but please note I do not endorse and will not support any crash diets. This weight loss should be realistic and sustainable. Do what works for you, within reason, and watch those pounds slowly melt away.
