Starting a new challenge...3 goals for the next 3 days. It's short, sweet, and totally do-able. You pick your own 3 goals to meet for each day for the next 3 days. Post it here for accountability, motivation, and to make it real!
We'll do it for 3 days straight, take 1 day off, then go for another 3, take 1 day off, etc.
