2015 Reboot with Jillian Michaels' workouts

In January 2014, an MFP group "30 Day Shred Jan 10 2014" started kicking butt. There are >100 members in that group, but it got down a small core group of dedicated butt kickers.
Well, we slipped, the pounds found our waistlines once more and it's time to get going again! Let's get shredded!we started off with the 30 Day Shred (30DS), so why not start at square 1 again.

I'm open to anyone's suggestions, schedules and routines! Let's just support each other, motivate one another, and Kick Boooooty!

Before you get started, whether you like it or not, take measurements, weight, and photos. If you're like me, it may make your skin crawl, but it's the BEST way to see results, especially since the scale doesn't always move!
