Starting over

Hi I'm a 34 year old female from northern Ireland and I'm starting down the diet road again for the hundredth time. Trying to loose the same 2 stone that just won't seem to take the hint and leave for good. Instead it takes trips were some or all of it leaves for a sort while only to return with some extra baggage. Any help or advice would be great fully taken on board and hopefully this time I can beat this once and for all
