How do I get my Vivofit step and calorie tracking to load into myfitnesspal? I can see it and I can access it through garmin connect but it doesn't incorporate in my daily stuff in myfitnesspal.

I'm trying to remember how I synced it with myfitnesspal. Looked in the manual and no luck. Maybe you can search on myfitnesspal for instructions or maybe call Garmin for instructions.
