How did I get to this weight?!!

Nothing like a reality slap when you can only fit into your elastic "comfy" shorts and have the vacation of a lifetime in less than 100 days!!!! Time to get serious, drop the weight and inches and get back in those comfy shorts BEFORE summer is over!

I feel you. I leave for Florida next Monday. None of my summer clothes fit. I won't let it ruin my family's vacation but I won't lie, I'm not looking forward to it.

Just have a great time! Change of scenery sometimes is all that is needed to get the motivation back!
