  • I logged about 4 hours/twelve miles pushing a stroller with a twenty-five pound kid in it and worked on the farm.
  • I worked HARD out in the yard today....but didn't count it.
    Just got back from a walk around the block
  • Two 30 min walks, 30 min treadmill with 2lb. arm weighted exercises, 20 min. cycling.

    Walked for 100 minutes at 3 mph, 9- 15% incline.

    Today's a rest day, but I'll probably still walk 4 miles or so.

    Going to a concert tonight so there might be some 12 oz. curls. ;)
  • I took a 50 minute HIIT class at 5:30 AM this morning.
  • Trying to get my groove back after a grueling semester. Started the day off with walking 1 mile...in 27 minutes...2308 steps, and burned 164.9 calories. This is just the beginning of a great summer! Time to Kick Butt! 60j7zolst78r.png
  • Today will be 30DS and 60 minutes of cross training.
  • Walking 10+ miles.
  • C25K for 48 mins. Only on week 2 so far.
  • Body Revolution and then walking my furbaby for 40 mins (that's what our route ends up being).
