What is the last thing you ate and why?
I ate a plate full of cherry tomatoes and snap peas covered in tuna salad.
Why? I'm doing low-carb for a pinup contest at the end of the month and wanted to lose some belly fat before then.

One cup almond milk, 1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese, PB2, half banana frozen, and no sugar added Carnation instant breakfast powder. I was craving sweet and I have a smoothie every morning. It's usually one with protein powder but I wasn't feeling it this morning.
