Introduce Yourself
post wedding blues.

I originally started my weight loss journey to shed major pounds for my wedding. I started at 201lbs at 5'8.
After months and months of 1200-1400 calorie diet and working out like crazy, I hit my goal weight right before my wedding.
Since then, (i got married in May) i have been in honey moon phase, and been so lazy. I have gained 16 pounds in 4 months. On September 1st, I restarted this whole journey. I want to bad to be at 160 again. I got the eating down right, but I can NOT get myself motivated to go to the gym. I quickly lost about 8 pounds in a little over a month.
On my wedding day I was 160 and toned.
Now I am 172, which does not seem far from where I was. However, I was so toned, so I weighed "more" due to muscle mass.
How do you motivate yourself to work out? I can't seem to get into it at all. I work out maybe 1-2 a week, if that currently.

Agree with missydawn1973. I joined small group training at my gym in January and the accountability keeps me going back very consistently. The people are really nice and it's actually a pleasure to see them. I got married within the last few weeks and am hoping to settle right back into my routine (can -always- see/imagine how one can get off track), and that's how I found this thread. Thanks, all!
