Been doing Fit pal for about 3 months now and initially lost 10 lbs . The last month however I've lost nothing. I'm doing the exact same thing as the 1st 2 months . Exercising daily and staying within my calorie allowance. Frustrated.. Any suggestions?

Your diary isn't open, so it's hard to tell based off of what you told us. How long have you been stuck? What are you doing for exercise?

Eat more! Seriously. Your body gets used to a lower calorie intake and slows your metabolism accordingly. You have to mix up your calorie intake periodically to prevent this. Try eating whatever you want at ONE meal per week, and then immediately going back to your calorie allowance with the next meal. This has worked very successfully for me in the past.
