What's your strategy...

..when, and I know we aren't supposed to do this, but it does happen from time to time...I get to about 3pm and have exhausted (or more than exhausted) my calorie allotment for the day? If I don't want to just keep blowing thru the calories, want to stop myself and salvage the day somehow, how would you do it? Besides just going to bed and calling it a day. There is still a meal or a party or half of a damn day to get thru...

    Better planning in the morning.
  • Exercise regularly...then you can eat more and accomplish the same goals.

    Plan better...when I logged, I almost always pre-logged my day.
