I've been stalled since September and I've had my fitbit for a little over a month now and am back to losing. I'm not sure what TDEE is. Lol. But, again if you'd like to add me, my friends and I like to do the challenges and we always welcome new people. :)
  • My flex is probably the favourite thing I have bought this year (so far!). My wrist feels naked when I am not wearing it!!

TDEE = Total Daily Energy Expenditure (calories you burn to maintain your weight)

Fitbit's calorie burn is your estimated maintenance calories for the day. You can also view your 30 day average burn (average TDEE) on your Fitbit profile page.
