Hello all! I'm looking to find some friends who are also pursuing low-carb, ketogenic diets. I'm trying my best to log everything and add commentary to my daily entries. Feels weird to write something that will never be read LOL. I've done keto before (don't know why I ever stopped.. oh yeah, cake.) but am now hopping back on. Wanting to get rid of some body fat and trim down my spare tire. I'm a woman in my mid twenties, rarely have time to cook but love adding recipes to my pinterest, for the rare occasion I get to make them.
