Beach Vacation, help!

I have a beach vacation coming up mid June. I would really like to lose some weight before then, enough for me to notice. I'm not asking for a miracle, I know it takes time. But I was hoping for advice to atleast lose enough to make a noticeable difference in a month. Diet or exercise tips to focus on for my goal?

  • If you have four weeks you can lose 8 lbs but it is going to take some MAJOR monitoring of your calories. Extra calorie burns would be my suggestion (longer runs, etc) and really watching what you eat, measuring every, single thing. Losing 1 lb a week is tough enough but 2 is going to take a large commitment on your part. Good luck!
