This program works so well

The first couple of weeks was hard to adjust but has been a breeze since then. My only exercise was 20 mins of walking a day. The rest has been watching what I eat.

I went from squeezing into 36" jeans to wearing loose fitting 34" jeans. Dropped 30lbs. And it has only been 4 months! When I started my goal was to be 195lbs by July 2015 but today I am at 186lbs and still losing. I haven't weighed that low in over 20 years.

The phone app makes eating healthy on the road possible but I still try to avoid restaurants whenever I can.
