A quick breakfast could be a smoothie in a to go cup. I also have hard boiled eggs in my fridge at all times for a quick snack or breakfast. What are you doing now?0

I eat Fage Greek Yogurt every morning. It has become a habit and if I don't eat it I get hungry. I like the 0% one with the fruit cup on the side. I only use a little of the fruit because it's sugary.0

overnight oats! just put some whole grain rolled oats in a tupperware or jar... add some eggwhites (for volume + protein!), milk or water, some peanut butter, chia seeds, the list goes on & on... leave it in the fridge overnight & just nuke it for like 45 seconds in the AM0
