Need friends and encouragement
I have joined MFP off and on over the past couple of years. 50+ female needing to lose 30 to 35 lbs. Feeling really down on myself and out of control with my eating lately. Really need to get motivated and stick with the program. I know that slow and steady is the way to go and have seen so many people with great results on here.

Well the first step would be to figure out what your triggers are. Are you a stress eater? Do you graze? Do you eat out for the 'convenience'? Clean out the fridge, the snack closet and motivate yourself to move.
Beyond that you need to find someone on here that can help you build a diet and exercise plan to fit your needs.

Most people loose in the first few weeks as it's water retention but you can do it the hardest part is starting good luck0
