Hi all,
Been eating right and working out to attempt to hit my ideal weight target after realizing I was HUGE, originally I was just dieting and hitting cardio a lot, I actually got to a weight lower than the one shown but then started weightlifting which brought me up a few Kgs, I am still going and now have a brilliant training partner that keeps me motivated (she's the best), what do we think? Overall, I feel so much better, I don't struggle with cardio anymore, I'm more flexible, have more energy, and just generally feel like I'm not carrying a backpack full of bricks around with me. Much more still to come as my ideal weight is supposedly 95Kgs!
