Acrylic or glass mirror for gym - Any experience?
HI there,
Looking to fit a floor to ceiling mirror in my home gym and trying to find out pros and cons of each. I know acrylic is arguably safer and wont shatter, but Ive also heard it warps and is liable to scratch easily.
Does anyone out there have experience and wisdom that they could share with me before I go and make the wrong choice.
thanks in advance all.
Luke

If you’re going to be working out close to it (close quarters), I’d go with the acrylic and make sure you mount it well. Otherwise, glass should be fine. I’d go with the cheapest option.0

No advice, but there are plenty of you tube videos of glass mirrors shattering in home gyms. I always err on the side of caution.0
