Stilted weight loss!

Any tips on how to get my weight loss going again... Lost 9lb but can't seem to shift anymore despite loads of excercise and being careful what I eat!! Need motivation otherwise I'll give up!! :#

  • How long has it been since the scales moved? Are you weighing and measuring your food and logging everything? Have you recently increased the amount or intensity of your exercise? Been eating higher sodium food? Time of the month?
  • How much have you reduced your calories?
