just let me get through baseball season
Between work and baseball I have no time to exercise and when I do have time I'm exhausted. We ate in playoffs right now so I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. But I'm tired of feeling like a slug

My kids are athletes too, so I understand the time commitment.
Weight loss is 100% calorie deficit.
I work out during my kids practices, which are 3 hours long, plus time to change at beginning and end, 6 days per week. During competitions, I work out during their warm ups (at least an hour), cool downs, and between events (at home and at away meets). I spent too many years sitting on my butt watching, and packing on pounds. No more!0
