Hello

my name is George and I am a senior and a beginner. I am 87 years old and joined in February 2015. My goals were to walk 5 days a week to mainly try to strengthen my right leg which is partially paralyzed due to a stroke in 1994.
I have since been motivated by My Fitness Pal and Map My Walk. Since then I have gone down from a157 lbs. To 140 lbs. I use a walker to help me keep my balance and manage to do at least 2 miles a day 5 days a week. On weekends at home I do squats, and arm curls (2.5 lb weights) and leg kicks.
Any advice and suggestions would be be much appreciated. Thank you.
