NOT 1 single pound lost. I don't get it.... WHY!!!!

I guess you might be exhausted by all these comments. I admit I didn't read them all. Measuring 'loss' can be done in other ways (as has been mentioned). But I suspect metabolism. I mean calories in calories out. Right? Ways to boost metabolism are 1 strenght training 2 eat enough protein 3 go faster 4 drink a lot of water.0

Have you tried picking up something heavy and standing on the scale with it? Does the scale increase by the weight of that object? What I am wondering is how accurate is your scale at your weight. If you pick up a pound of sugar, does it show you are a pound heavier?0
