Simple answer, you're eating more than you think and/or burning less than you think

But in order to help, we need more information. Age, height, weight, goal weight, whether you use a food scale/measuring cups, whether you eat back some/all of your exercise calories, and if possible, an open diary to see if there are other places that can be tightened up.
