I am very excited! I have lost 12 pounds in the last 12 weeks. My new goal is 2 pounds per week for another 12 more weeks. I am enjoying it.

You shouldn't have a too aggressive goal, and weight loss natually slows down when you get closer to goal weight. 2 pounds per week may take a too large calorie deficit if you only have 30 punds to lose.0
