    Not sure exactly what you need help with, so I will provide generic info. Read the stickies at the top of the various forums, there is a wealth of helpful information in them. The search function can be your friend, try searching for a topic before posting it. Read a lot from people who have had success. Add some friends with similar goals or who have reached the goals you are aiming for. Have patience. The success board can be very motivational on days when you are ready to give up.
