I just started back on my diet recently, and I was wondering what I can do to stay motivated? I really would appreciate any advice, feel free to friend me as well, I feel that can be a form of motivation in itself!

motivation is a fleeting emotion and comes and goes. you have to develop healthful habits...habits die hard. Nobody is 100% motivated all of the time...I wasn't in the least motivated to go on my ride at lunch today because by and large I'm having a *kitten* day...but, it's Wednesday and on Wednesday I ride...so I rode...and when it was all said and done I felt better for it.
