Not Losing Weight

I've been at a plateau for about a week and a half.
Got complacent with my calorie intake, skipped measuring, guestimated, left foods off my diary, pretended I was eating better than I was.


I'm going to do better in developing ADHD.
Accuracy. Diligence. Honesty. Discipline.

    If only everyone would just acknowledge this right off the bat there would be far less arguing in these forums. Good luck with the ADHD :)
