So I just started CrossFit TODAY - Holy cow is it hard!! Anyone else out there doing it? How do you long your workouts?

I use my HRM monitor for calories burned. I start it when we warm up and pause before the WOD then start up once WOD gets going. My watch automatically logs it as calastentics? LAME

I just plug a number usually between 210 - 350 depending on the intensity of the season.
