Because I bought a little bag of tastykakes donuts last night. So it HAS to be a cheat day.

Because it's raining

I had one on Monday after I got recalled on my mammogram... seemed like a good reason at the time

Because coffee is a diuretic and apple fritters I eat alongside will be auto-expelled from my body.
