I go mostly old school with Cannibal Corpse, Morbid Angel, Deicide, Venom and the like. I also listen to some newer bands and some that probably fall to the edges of the metal genre.

But usually it would be some metallica, exodus, lambofgod, shadows fall, slayer, or older inflames

Saw them in Manchester supporting Trivium in 2011. Ended up drinking with Bjorn Gelotte talking about wah pedals (I'm a guitar player) after the gig in the bar next door!

I have Hatebreed's albums on shuffle for when I'm in the gym. Other than that, various Prong albums, Reign In Blood by Slayer and Kill by Cannibal Corpse are my training weapons of choice.
