put it in for your MFP goals, and put it for 1lb a month weight loss, i find this is the better one for people wanting to lose at your weight already

You are pretty much at the top of your BMI weight range, so plug in your stats to MFP and set it to lose 1 lb a week, this is still quite aggressive! Then add your training and eat your cal goal plus 50% of any exercise cals you burn. Do this for 4 weeks, plot the results and then if necessary adjust to suit your personal goals.
