Hello How many calories should I be eating If I am 5'3 143 and doing hit training 5-6 days a week?

  • put it in for your MFP goals, and put it for 1lb a month weight loss, i find this is the better one for people wanting to lose at your weight already :smile:
  • You are pretty much at the top of your BMI weight range, so plug in your stats to MFP and set it to lose 1 lb a week, this is still quite aggressive! Then add your training and eat your cal goal plus 50% of any exercise cals you burn. Do this for 4 weeks, plot the results and then if necessary adjust to suit your personal goals.
