  • - Stop eating them.
    - Eat less of them, fitting them in to your daily calorie and macronutrient goals.
    - Continue as you are.

The choice is yours and yours alone.

So either show some self control and limit how much you eat, or don't. It's that simple. And no- one food does not make you gain weight, excess calories make you gain weight.

    Weigh them
    Log them
    Eat them

Do not go over your calorie defecit

Work out what you need to give up in order to fit them into your diet plan

If you can work it happily without intense hunger then great do it

If you can't you'll stop because you will judge for yourself whether it's worth it to you or not
  • pastries were definately my downfall too.
    i cut them out completely.
    75llbs lost,and i can eat them now,but rarely do.
sometimes 1 food CAN be the major starting point ,cut it out cold turkey and hopefully you have the strength to succeed.
