week 3

This seems to be going well so far, i have dropped 8lbs.
really all i have changed is that because i am aware of the tracker target, i am not eating all the extra stuff that has put on the pounds.
One thing i struggle with is not snacking rubbish in the evenings!

  • Good start. Expect it to slow down but keep up the good work. :) Don't forget to reset your weight from time to time as you lose weight the target drops :/
