week 3
This seems to be going well so far, i have dropped 8lbs.
really all i have changed is that because i am aware of the tracker target, i am not eating all the extra stuff that has put on the pounds.
One thing i struggle with is not snacking rubbish in the evenings!

Good start. Expect it to slow down but keep up the good work. Don't forget to reset your weight from time to time as you lose weight the target drops0
