My Story (Motivation)

Hey Everyone,
I just wanted to get my story out there to help the people who are having trouble with their journey to a better life. I am 16 years old and just today I weighed in at 256.4 LB. Now that might seem like a huge amount, but considering that just 2.5 months ago I checked in at about 297 LB I think I've made my way. However I'm not happy, my overall goal is to go down to around 190 - 200 LB then put on 10 pounds of muscle through lifting. Over these months I've learned a few things...
1. No matter how many times you are told you can't do it, if you truly believe you can deep down...then by all means nothing can stop you
2. Asking for help is ok
3. You get used to being hungry
