Hi everyone
I'm Rhiannon, I'm 22 and I've been working to lose weight for the last 40+ days. I've struggled with depression and weight gain most of my life. Every time I would try to lose weight, I'd get discouraged after only a few weeks. I finally decided I really wanted to change my life, so I completely changed my diet and joined the gym. Still figuring everything out, but I'm loving how it's going so far.

Good for you and don't get discouraged.if you give up you are hurting yourself and making it worse. If you need ideas let me know and remember. Tomorrow is another day to start over. You only fail if you don't try. Any good changes keep even if you stopped losing for a time don't give up on yourself0
