Which meal should have the most cals?

right now my biggest meal is dinner, but I'm wondering if that is screwing with my weightloss???

  • eating in a surplus over the course of the day is screwing with your weight loss…not what your biggest meal is..

    eat less, get in a deficit equals weight loss
  • I make lunch my biggest meal because that's when I'm hungriest. Meal timing and sizing should go according to whatever works best for you.

  • I do not eat at all in the morning. Lunch is light. Dinner is the biggest meal for me --- we learn what works. After a while we evaluate and make modifications. Good luck. :)
  • When my breakfast is protein I am good for hours till my light lunch. If i have carbs for breakfast i just crave more all day...

    But like everyone else has said, it depends on what you prefer and your lifestyle.
