summer is just around the corner and nothing is more motivating then long summer nights and amazing sunsets. I love to be outside as much as possible in the summer from doing outdoor bootcamp, running with my dog and playing softball , I live in Alberta and our summers are short lived so all the outdoor activities the better! Would love to know what motivates you ?!
