Starting over; this is tough
im not entirely sure why, but I have gone back to my night eating problems. I eat upwards of double what I eat throughout the day after I get in bed. I go to bed, wake up throughout the night, and just can't get myself to stop eating. Until last night, I ate so much that I felt like I wanted to throw up. And I can honestly say that I still feel like garbage. So today marks the day that I try to take control again and stop this vicious cycle I get myself stuck in. I guess this was just a venting session, but feel free to leave your comments and words to help me out!

Pretty much in the same boat mate. Trying to cut off the "eating for the sake of eating" nonsense.

You can beat this!! I used to be almost the same way, but would stay up watching TV and snack on crap food. Its not worth the crappy way you feel in the am
