I don't cheat

Today I've eaten healthy and hit the gym. I'm over my protein target
I've also had 16g cadbury's chocolate, 2 x Mars celebrations, 1x mars bar ice cream, 1 pack popchips and a couple slices of Leerdammer cheese interspersed through day and evening
But no cheats0 -
Sushi is food, and unless you are married to cooked fish, not a cheat.
There is no such thing as a cheat. Your body logs everything you eat, you get to choose where to fit things in and where to indulge. Nothing is "free," but lots of things are worth the occasional splurge.-1 -

The only food I would eat whether it fit my calories or not, is my morning coffee. Everything else, I would manage to fit into my day. No cheats and no guilt here.
What I worked in today was my whole dinner...BBQ chicken breast, collard greens, macaroni & cheese, peach cobbler pie, and my Cinco de Mayo margarita. I had a tiny lunch, but it's so going to be worth it. And it all fits perfectly.

Ok. The pictures got me. The food that I work the hardest to fit in my day is my once-monthly Mellow Mushroom Thai Dye pizza. Curry chicken, tomatoes, onion, cucumbers, sweet Thai sauce...and 440 calories per medium slice. It's so good! I may have to work at fitting a few slices in (I always get it to fit, so no cheat and no guilt), but it's only once a month and I love this pizza.
