I am 350 lbs and no one knows but me

Been steadily gaining weight every year and have dodged many bullets with my health- now its catching up with me so I am exercising 5x a week and following a Clean Food diet. I know this is going to be a long recovery to wellness. Anyone else out there with alot of weight to shed?

I'm new here, too! And I just started using the app, as well.
I used to weigh ~450 lbs. I lost my 100 lbs just by making some simple changes in my diet. If you'd like, go ahead and add me as a friend. As time goes on I'll be adding posts as to what I have done and how my journey has and is progressing in weight loss.
I'm not done yet - I'm still looking to lose more weight myself. And then I will need to maintain that weight loss afterwards. The way I figure it is that all of that are "here" are in it together.
