  • Peanut Butter and Jelly and Banana Sandwich
    Ingredients:
    • 1TBS Peanut Butter (low fat, reduced salt preferred, but it has to be something that taste good to you)
    • 1 TBS Jelly
    • 0.5 Banana
    • 2 Slices whole wheat bread)

    Preparation
    Layer one bread slice with PB. The other with Jelly.
    Slice banana into medallions (thickness of your liking). Layer Jelly slice with banna slices
    Cover with other (PB) slice.
