Lol. No that isnt the case. The idea is to put across. That feel free to chat n make good friends across the globe. The post isnt only for me..but also for others who wish to have same kinda friends.. but may have objection to chat..where most people go on to talking straight about sex only... or start asking ur number or fb request .. the reason y some ppl may avoid chat friends... hence the word 'decent' chat..
