As far as how to eat throughout the day, eat whatever you enjoy, when you're hungry, that keeps you within a decifit and meets your macros.

Food? A balance meal with all the macros for breakfast, lunch and dinner....You don't have to juice fruit and vegetables to make them healthy...Meat, dairy, good fats, grains and the odd slice of pizza all make good food!

Gave up drinking my calories along time ago..
Use the recipe builder and input all the ingredients and select the number of servings. It will pop up the nutrition values when the recipe is completed. In put this "homemade" recipe on your diary.
Only you can decide on what is the right way (how much and when) for you to eat. No one is the same..for example a lot of people don't eat breakfast or put of "break fast" way later mid morning, or eat 3 meals as opposed 5 small meals...
Up to you how you do it..
