Hello everyone. I have been with myfitnesspal for a couple of weeks or longer, and was on the right path to reaching my goals. This included going to my personal fitness center 3 times a week for HIIT aerobic exercise and strength training. I was moving smoothly for a couple of weeks with my personal trainer when I incurred an Achilles tendon injury. This injury has stalled my workout as well as my weight loss goals for 2 weeks. I continue watching my calorie intake attempting to keep my intake at about 1000 calories. My recommended intake for weight loss is 1300. I have lost 1.75 lbs in 3 weeks. I cannot begin to stress the importance of stretching after workouts. I had another appointment to rush to on that last Friday at the Gym. Not stretching has been costly in terms of stalling my workouts, as well as my weight loss goals. Happy to be here and thrilled to have the support of others here at myfitnesspal.
